Terms of Service
These terms cover use of Cassit, a hosted social-media operations service provided by Cyguee Limited.
The service
Cassit drafts, schedules, publishes, and measures social-media posts for accounts you connect. You keep full ownership of your accounts, your content, and your data. Cassit acts only with the access you grant and within the autonomy limits you configure; you can withdraw access at any time by disconnecting a channel or removing a brand.
Platform terms you also agree to
Cassit acts on the platforms you connect, so their rules apply to what you do through it. In particular: by using Cassit you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Cassit uses YouTube API Services to upload and measure the videos you schedule; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke Cassit's access to your Google account at any time on Google's third-party connections page. Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or TikTok account likewise binds you to that platform's terms.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Content published through Cassit remains your content and your responsibility, including its compliance with each platform's rules.
- Keep your sign-in credentials safe; actions taken from your account are attributed to you.
Our commitments
- Platform credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to act on your instructions.
- Nothing publishes above the autonomy level you set; accounts flagged for child safety require an explicit human approval for every post, always.
- You can export your data and leave at any time.
Liability
Cassit is provided as-is during its current early-access phase. Cyguee Limited's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service; we are not liable for platform-side actions (rate limits, account restrictions) resulting from content you approved.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
