Billing terms

These terms explain how paying for Cassit works. They sit beside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and they apply when you buy a paid plan. These terms are a contract between you and Cyguee Limited, the company that sells and runs Cassit. Our payment provider takes the payment for us (see "How you pay and who takes the payment").

Who these terms cover

Anyone can buy a paid plan, whether you are an individual or a business. The first brand in a workspace is free and needs no payment. These terms cover everything after that.

Only the owner of a workspace can buy, change or cancel its plan. An API key or a connected app cannot confirm a charge. It can open a link for you, and you then sign in and confirm yourself.

What you pay for

Cassit is priced per brand. Your workspace gets one free brand. To run more brands, you buy extra brand slots. The number of brands you can run is the number of slots you have paid for, plus the free brand.

You choose to pay monthly or yearly. In some countries only yearly billing is sold; Plan shows what your country offers.

A plan includes fair use of drafting and rendering. See "Fair use" below.

Price and tax

The price is shown in the app before you pay. Open Plan on the billing page in the app to see it. Stripe's checkout page then shows the total, with tax, before you confirm.

Prices include VAT, or the equivalent sales tax where you live. You are charged in the currency the app shows for your price, which is normally the currency of the country you buy from. Buyers in Ghana, Gibraltar and Kuwait are charged in pounds sterling (GBP), and buyers in Zimbabwe in US dollars (USD). Once your plan starts it keeps that currency for later charges and refunds, and the app shows your plan's price in it. Stripe's checkout shows the amount, the currency and the tax inside the total before you confirm.

Paid plans are sold only in the countries where our payment service collects and pays the tax. The app tells you if paid plans are not sold in your country. In that case you keep the free brand and cannot buy more.

Prices are set per country, and everyone who buys a country's price pays the same. Your price is set when you start the plan, from the country you buy from. If you buy from the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may choose instead the price of any other EU or EEA country where paid plans are sold. Plan lists them, and you then pay that country's price, in the currency the app shows for it. Your price does not change if you travel. If your plan ends and you start a new one, the price is set again at that checkout.

Paid plans have no trial period and no discount codes.

How you pay and who takes the payment

You pay through Stripe Checkout, using a Stripe service called Managed Payments. Cyguee Limited sells you the plan. Payments are handled by Onelink (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company that acts as merchant of record for us. Onelink takes the payment and collects the tax. Your card statement shows a line beginning LINK.COM*.

Receipts, invoices and refund notices come by email from Onelink, not from Cassit. We also email you a copy of these terms when your plan starts. You enter your card details on Stripe's pages, not in Cassit.

You can also manage or cancel your plan, and ask for billing support, through Onelink's own support site (support.onelink.com).

How buying works

You choose a plan in Cassit and see the price. Before you pay, you tick a box to say you want the plan to start now (see "Your right to cancel in the first 14 days"). You then go to Stripe's checkout, where you can check and correct your details before you pay. The contract is made when you confirm payment.

We keep a record of your purchase, and you can see it under Plan. These terms are in English only. You can save or print this page.

Renewal

Your plan renews by itself at the end of each month or year, until you cancel. The app shows your next renewal date and the renewal amount under Plan. Onelink emails you a reminder before every renewal, monthly and yearly.

Changing your plan

Open Plan on the billing page in the app.

Adding a brand. The app shows you a quote first. You pay for the days left in the current period, and the charge is taken at once when you confirm. Before you confirm, you tick a box: "Start this brand slot now. I understand I can still cancel within 14 days and get this payment back in full." From your next renewal, you pay the full price for that brand. If the card is declined, nothing changes. If the price moved since the quote, nothing is charged and the app shows you a new quote.

Removing a brand, or switching between monthly and yearly. These take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your plan stays as it is until then. There is no refund or credit for the current period. You can keep your current plan instead, any time before the change takes effect.

You cannot remove a slot while you use more brands than the lower allowance would cover. Reduce the number of brands you use first.

You cannot change your plan while a payment has failed or while your plan is set to end. Adding a brand also waits while another change is booked for renewal. You can always cancel, even while a payment has failed.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. To cancel, open Plan and choose Cancel plan. You can also cancel at onelink.com, or write to support@cassit.app.

Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew. Until that date you can undo the cancellation in Plan.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for unused time, or for the rest of a period after you cancel. This does not limit any right you have under the law. If Cassit is not provided as described or with reasonable care and skill, the law may give you a price reduction or a refund. This section does not take that away. It does not limit Stripe's or Onelink's own right to refund a payment under their terms.

Two cases are handled for you:

Your right to cancel in the first 14 days (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of the day you buy and get that payment back. This applies to a new plan, a restarted plan and a brand slot you add later. A renewal does not start a new 14 days. Plan also has a Withdraw from contract here button for 14 days after each purchase. You are a consumer if you are an individual buying for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession. The rule is the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You can cancel until the end of the 14th day after the day you pay.

Before your plan starts, and before each brand slot starts, you tick a box to ask us to start at once. For the plan it reads: "Start my plan now. I understand that I can still cancel within 14 days of buying and get that payment back in full." For a brand slot it reads: "Start this brand slot now. I understand I can still cancel within 14 days and get this payment back in full." Ticking the box does not take away your right to cancel.

Tell us in any clear way that you want to cancel. Email support@cassit.app, write to our address below, or use the cancellation form at the end of this section. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end. If you cancel your plan in the first 14 days after a payment, we ask whether you want that payment back. You can also simply tell us.

We refund you within 14 days of hearing from you. We refund to the card or account you paid with, and we charge no fee for it. You get a full refund of what you paid for that purchase, whatever you have used.

A refund of that payment ends your plan at once. Brands beyond the first are paused, as described under "If your plan ends". If you cancel your plan in its first 14 days, we also refund every brand slot you bought for it.

The 14 days apply to each new purchase. If you start a plan again after it ended, or add a brand slot later, you have 14 days from that payment and get that payment back in full.

Refunding the payment for an added slot removes that slot and does not end your plan. If you then have more brands than your plan covers, your newest brands pause. Cassit stops scheduling and publishing for them, including posts already scheduled, until you add a slot or remove a brand. We tell you which brands paused.

I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: Cassit paid plan [or: brand slot].

If a payment fails

If Stripe cannot take a payment, it tries again. While it does, everything keeps running. The app tells you under Plan, and we send the workspace owner a notification. Fix the card with Card & invoices.

Stripe sets how often and for how long it retries.

Until the card is fixed, you cannot change your plan. If the payment is not recovered by the end of those retries, your plan ends.

If your plan ends

Your plan ends when a cancellation reaches the end of its paid period, when a failed payment is not recovered, when the payment that opened the current period is refunded in full, or when a card dispute is decided for you.

When it ends:

Refunding a different payment, for example the charge for an added brand, does not end your plan by itself.

Fair use

Every brand has a monthly limit on drafting and rendering. Cassit tells you in the app when a brand is close to its limit and when it has reached it.

When a brand reaches its limit, drafting and rendering pause for that brand. Posts that are already scheduled still publish. The limit resets at the start of the next month. You are not charged extra when a limit is reached.

We do not lower a paid brand's limits during a period you have already paid for. A lower limit applies only from a renewal that falls at least 30 days after we tell you. You can cancel before then.

The free brand also has its own limits, shown under Plan in the app.

Disputes with your card provider

If you dispute a payment with your card provider, your plan pauses while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided for you, that payment is returned to you and your plan ends. If it is decided for us, your plan restarts for the rest of the period you paid for. Please write to support@cassit.app first if something looks wrong; we would rather fix it with you.

Your data when you leave

Nothing is deleted when your plan ends. You can ask for a copy of your data by writing to support@cassit.app. You can ask for your data to be deleted, as the Data deletion page describes.

Changes to these terms and to prices

We may change these terms to follow a change in the law, in our payment provider's rules, or in how Cassit works. We email the workspace owner at least 30 days before a change takes effect. A change that is worse for you applies only from your first renewal after those 30 days. If you do not accept it, cancel before then and it will not apply to you.

We tell you about a price change by email at least 30 days before it applies. The period you have already paid for keeps its price. The new price applies from your first renewal that falls at least 30 days after our email. If you do not want to pay it, cancel before that renewal and you will not be charged the new price.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with Cassit or a charge, email support@cassit.app. We tell you our answer in writing. We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. You can still go to court, as described under "Governing law".

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live.

Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts where you live. We can bring a claim against you only in the courts where you live.
